Employee Skills

Purpose: This menu option provides access to an administrative table which maintains a list of user skills. Skills are utilized in logic associated with component and aircraft work orders (i.e. an operation or card may be set up so that only individuals with a particular skill may log work). An individual skill represents a unique function that is pertinent to the performance of tasks within your organization and on which an employee may be trained, certified, or signed off (whether internally or by an external agency).
