User List

Purpose: This feature allows the creation and management of users applicable to your system. In addition to creating user logins, specific information related to the user such as addresses/email/phone, labor rates, licenses/certificates, and skills in which the user has been trained. There are several permissions that are user specific as well as approval levels that are managed within this feature. The user list interfaces with many modules within the system to enable and restrict functionality by user.
