Print Barcode at Receiving

Purpose: To print a label that includes a UID(acronym) unique identifier, (n) in Pentagon, a unique record number that distinguishes a particular lot from every other lot within the system barcode at the time of receiving.

From an existing receiving document (including purchase receivers, sales/repair receivers, and RMA[acronym for 'return merchandise authorization'] (n) a document that authorizes a customer to return a specific quantity of items previously received from your organization):

1. Left-click the Print button on the receiver window tool bar and a menu will appear.
   
   
   

2. Hover over option 3. Purchase Receiving Labels and another menu will appear listing available labels to be printed (the top few label selections have a sub-menu that allows labels to be printed by line or by package and some allow printing by serial number).
   
   

3. The following labels have the UID barcode contained within the content:
1. Tag A < Labels By Line Type 2
2. Tag B < UID
3. UID < Labels By Line
4. UID < Labels By Line 2
5. UID (Company Name) < Labels By Line
6. UID (Company Name) < Labels By Line - Type 1
7. UID (Company Name) < Labels by Line - Type 1 Ref 5
8. UID (Company Name) < Label Per Package - Type 1
9. UID Code
10. Receiving Label
11. Inventory label
12. Barcode - Format 2
