Part Number History Float Bar
The Part Number History Float Bar is utilized to access a wide range of records in which the subject part number can be found.
Subject Part Number field - the part number displayed in the area just below the title bar and contains an ellipsis
The subject part number can be changed by left-clicking any part number inside any window of Pentagon 2000 or by left-clicking the ellipsis and selecting from the part number list.
The title bar will change based upon the window that is selected at the time. The default title bar reads "Partnumber History"; however, if the Sales Quote window is open and selected, the title bar will read "History For Quotation Line".

Each button on the float bar will recall a particular set of records related to the subject part number.
There is a check box to the left of each button. When the check box is selected, the system will check for the type of record identified by the button; however, if unchecked, the system will not check for the record type.

R.M.A. - RMAs to customers
Cores - cores due from customers (to be verified)
QT History - archive history sales quotations converted from legacy systems
SO History - archive history sales orders converted from legacy systems
Sales Tkt - pick tickets to customers
Sales Rcv - repair receivers for parts received from customers
Sales Inv - invoices to customers
Contracts - sales contracts with customers (to be verified)
Stock - part master records
W/H - inventory detail records
BOM - bills of materials records
NHA - next higher assemblies
Xref - cross reference records
W/O-OH - Overhaul type component work orders where the part number is the work order part
Compnts - component and maintenance work orders where the part number is assigned to the Parts tab
Kits/MFG - Kitting and Process type component work orders where the part number is the work order part
Offers - (to be verified)
PrcTbl - pricing tables
Catalog - vendor catalogs
Capability - in-house and vendor capabilities
Images - images stored
MNT - maintenance work orders where the part number is assigned to the Parts tab
RFQ - request for quotations to vendors
P.O. - purchase orders to vendors (all types)
W/O - Work Order type purchase orders to vendors
Process - Process Order type purchase orders to vendors
Repair - Repair Order type purchase orders to vendors
Kits - Kit/MFG Order type purchase orders to vendors
