Weight Unit measure of weight, select from list
Total Weight Total weight for the document, click to calculate.
Length Unit measure of length, select from list
Total Length Total length for the document, click to calculate.
Volume Unit measure of volume, select from list
Total Volume Total volume for the document, click to calculate.
Code The currency code to be converted to, select from list
Date Date of the effective rate
Rate Rate for the conversion
Authorized Signatures Three users code picked from the list of pentagon users, the users names will be print on the bottom of the document, you can select non, one, two or three signatures.

User Line Numbers: If checked, the user have the ability to type the line number, if not, the system will generate a line number automatically.
Print P/N Memo 1: If checked, the memo 1 that in the main inventory file will print on the document along with the part number.
Print P/N Memo 2: If checked, the memo 2 that in the main inventory file will print on the document along with the part number.
Print Quote Memo: If checked, the memo of this document will print
Print Quote Message: If checked, the message of this document will print
G/L Line Tracking: If checked, each line associate with a G/L code, you will need to edit each of the lines and attach the G/L code, at the time of posting to G/L each one of the line items will post with the G/L associated. If its not checked, refer to the ’folder for the G/L account table attach.
NOTE: If all the lines have the same type of G/L, It highly recommended unchecking this option and use the G/L table distribution.
