Tool and Equipment Calibration Management

Enables identification and tracking of the periodic calibration requirements for tools and inspection requirements for equipment and machines.  Features include:

• Controls to prevent tools out of calibration or inspection from being assigned to work orders
• Reports to identify tools or equipment where calibration or inspection is coming due or overdue.
• History of all calibration and inspection, including detailed inspection criteria and the result of each test
• Ability to create a requisition directly from the module and track purchase order, shipping, and receipt history
• Ensures 100% visibility of all calibrated tools and equipment
• Integrated with both component work order and maintenance work order modules to enable issue and return of tools and track tool usage.
