RMAs (Sales)

This module enables rejection and return management of previously sold products and services by allowing the creation of returned merchandise authorizations.  Receivers are created to document receipt of non-conforming parts, providing the ability to document the reason for rejection for each line received.  This module also enables issue of credit memos associated with the RMAs.
