Emails

Purpose: To describe the features of the Internal Email feature.

Licensing

The Internal Email feature is a core feature of all licenses.

Access

This module may be accessed utilizing multiple methods:

1. From the main menu screen:
1. In the status bar (at the bottom of the window) there is a section which displays the word "Mail".
   
   
2. Left-click within this section; the Pentagon2000SQL Mail window will appear.
2. From the ribbon:
1. Left-click My Pentagon.
2. Left-click Mail; a menu of options will appear.
3. Left-click Pentagon Users Mail; the Pentagon2000SQL Mail window will appear.
3. From the shortcut menu:
1. Left-click My Pentagon.
2. Left-click Mail; a menu of options will appear.
3. Left-click Pentagon Users Mail; the Pentagon2000SQL Mail window will appear.
