Daily
Utilization Report
- Description: The Daily Utilization Report
allows you to display a selected working day for each user per line;
their shift start and end times, shift duration, first in and last
out of the day, and the balance between shift duration and actual
worked hours.

Labor
Schedule Report:
- Description: The Labor Schedule Report displays
an employee’s weekly schedule and total weekly scheduled hours.
- Access: Reports – Operations – Employee Attendance
(ETS TA) – Labor Schedule
- In case a user has more than one shift in
the same day, the report displays the first two shifts, but includes
all shifts in the durations total.
- When there has been a Holiday, the report
will display the name of the Holiday . If the user asks for a full
day of absence (this option is available from the user list->salary
tab->absence button) the report will display the Type of Absence.
- If the user has an Absence for a Half Day
or By Hour, an asterisk will appear next to the hours and under the
user will be displayed the Day, Absence type, and quantity of hours.
Schedule
vs. Actual Reports
- Description: The Schedule vs. Actual Report
displays a comparison between each employee’s scheduled and worked
hours. The report calculates the variance between scheduled and worked
hours.

Attendance
Balances Report
- Description: The Attendance Balance Report
displays the attendance plan(s) to which each employee is assigned.
Each attendance plan is listed along with the employee's available
absence hours, number of hours taken, and remaining balance.
- Access: Reports – Operations – Employee Attendance
(ETS TA) – Attendance Balances Report
- Available absence hours are taken from the
Absence Allowance table. The Absence Allowance table is available from
the administration menu for all users or from user options of user
form for concurrent users. This table defines the absence code, allowance
(number of hours), and period for each user.

Worked Detail Report
- Description: This report displays all types
of hours a selected employee worked in each day.
- Access: Reports - Operations - Employee Attendance

– is shift hours of type A on a non working day (national holiday
or weekend)

- Description: This report displays a users
total hours in a selected period.
