Company Workweek Setup

Purpose: To describe the steps for setting up the company workweek.

NOTE: Setup of company workweek is only necessary if ETS Overtime Calculation is activated.

  1. Open the Company List search window:
    1. From the main menu screen:
      1. Left-click the Admin button; the Administration Menu window will appear.
      2. Double-click System Setup; the selection will expand.
      3. Double-click Company/Div/Dept Setup.
    2. From the ribbon:
      1. Left-click Administration.
      2. Left-click the System button.
      3. Left-click Company/Div/Dept Setup.
    1. From the shortcut menu:
      1. Left-click Administration.
      2. Go to System.
      3. Left-click Company/Div/Dept Setup.
  1. The appropriate company may be selected by double-clicking the applicable record or by highlighting the applicable record and left-clicking the OK button.

  2. The Company window will appear. Left-click the Com/Docs tab.

  3. In the Working Days group box, mark the flags to the left of the days of the week that should be included in a normal work week as checked .
  4. In the First working day of the week field, select the day of the week on which the work week begins.
  5. Left-click the OK button on the Company window toolbar to save settings and close the window.
  6. A Confirm window will appear with the following message:

  7. Left-click the Yes button to confirm the changes.
