Purpose:
To
define the elements displayed on the Comm
(Commissions) tab of the Maintenance XL Work
Order window.
Salesperson Accounts Group Box
Each line of this section applies to one of up to five (5) commissions.
- Code column
- Displays the code of the user who is set up to receive a commission
for the MNT work order. The user may select an alternate user by left
clicking the ellipsis
while
in edit mode(adj) in any document, left-click the Edit button (most commonly located in the document window toolbar); after the button is selected "[Editing]" should appear in the document window title bar.
- User Name
column - Displays the first and last name of the user selected in
the Code field from the Users
List (link pending).
- Commission
Percentage column - Displays the commission in terms of percentage.
The value in this field may be modified if the commission is set up
to be calculated at the document level (in the Calculate
By group box). The value in this field will be calculated if
the tax is set up to be calculated at the line level.
- Calculate By
group boxes - Select the level at which commissions will be calculated:
by document () or line ().
- Basis
group boxes - Select whether the commission will be calculated based
upon the net amount () or the
gross amount ().
- Total column
- Displays the commission in terms of currency amount.
Project Group Box
- Project Manager
field - Displays the code of the user who is designated as the project
manager for the MNT work order. The user may select an alternate user
by left clicking the ellipsis while
in edit mode.
- User Name
field - Displays the first and last name of the user selected in the
Project Manager field from the Users List (link pending).
