Parts and Material Requisition

Purpose: To describe the features of the Parts and Material Requisition module.

Licensing

From the License Details (link pending) window, go to the General section of the Modules section. The Material Requisition line will identify whether or not your license includes the Parts and Material Requisition - Sourcing Console Module .

Access

This module may be accessed utilizing multiple methods:

1. From the main menu screen:
1. Left-click the Operations button; the Operations window will appear.
2. Left-click the Material Req button; the Parts/Material Requisition window will appear.
2. From the ribbon:
1. Left-click Operations.
2. Left-click the Parts/Material Requisition button; the Parts/Material Requisition window will appear.
3. From the shortcut menu:
1. Left-click Operations.
2. Left-click Parts/Material Requisition; the Parts/Material Requisition window will appear.
4. From linked documents which create demands for parts/material including sales orders, component work orders, and maintenance work orders.
5. From linked documents which are related to procuring the parts/material including RFQs and purchase orders.

1. Create PMR from the Sourcing Console.
2. Create PMR from Component Work Order.
3. Create PMR from Maintenance Work Order.
4. Create PMR from Sales Order.
5. Create Repair PMR from Warehouse Location.

1. Create Stock Release to Fill Demand
2. Create Warehouse Transfer to Fill Demand
3. Substitute Part Number
3. Assigning Responsibility.
4. Approve PMR.
5. Convert PMR.
6. Setup Default FBO Services by Aircraft
7. Create an FBO Customer Reservation.
8. Convert the FBO Customer Reservation to Sales Order.
