Licensing

From the License Details (link pending) window, go to the General section of the Modules section. The CRM line will identify whether or not your license includes the CRM Module.

Access

This module may be accessed utilizing multiple methods:

1. From the ribbon:
1. Left-click CRM.
2. The available buttons represent the different features of the CRM module.
2. From the shortcut menu:
1. Left-click CRM.
