Change Ship To Address

Purpose: To change the ship to address(n) the location to which material is to be delivered for a particular document.

NOTE: The default ship to address on any document will depend upon the default setup [link] within the system. However, the default ship to address for a particular document may be modified on the Ship/Bill tab of the document. (link pending)

From any sales or purchasing document in edit mode :

1. Left-click on the Ship/Bill tab.

2. In the Ship To Account field (not labeled) group box :

Left-click the ellipsis in the Ship To field. The Ship To List search window will appear. The appropriate ship to address may be selected by double-clicking the applicable record or by highlighting the applicable record and left-clicking the OK button.

3. Left-click the OK button on the document tool bar to save.
