Enter Condition Price Breaks

Purpose: To add a schedule of condition based pricing to a sales quotation or vendor request for quote.

From a sales quotation or vendor request for quote in edit mode(adj) in any document, left-click the Edit button (most commonly located in the document window toolbar); after the button is selected "[Editing]" should appear in the document window title bar:

1. Left-click on the Lines tab.

2. In the Unit Price column on the applicable line, left-click the ellipsis and a menu will appear. Left-click Price Break Down from the menu.

3. The Price Break List window will appear.

1. To add each condition price break, left-click the Add button.  The Price Break Down window will appear.

1. Qty Req and Qty Bid fields - Enter the quantity required.

NOTE: These fields may be used to input quantity Price Breaks.

2. Unit Price field - Enter the unit price applicable to the quantity price break.

NOTE: For vendor requests for quote, this field is completed only after a vendor quote is received.

3. Delivery and Range fields - Enter the delivery range information.

4. Cond (condition) field - Enter the condition applicable to the quantity price break.

2. Left-click the OK button on the Price Break Down window tool bar to save the record.

4. After all condition price breaks are entered, left-click the OK button on the Price Break List window tool bar to save the records.
