Enables management of Fixed Base Operator reservations.  Features include:

• Set up and classify default charges as system default and by aircraft.
• Import system default charges to aircraft defaults.
• Charges include fuel, service requests, catering, lodging, grounds transportation, as well as, inventory and non-inventory items.
• Setup to bill owner, operator or lessor depending on situation.
• Convert reservation to sales order for picking and invoicing.
