FBO Services

Purpose: To describe the features of the FBO Services module.

Licensing

From the License Details (link pending) window, go to the General section of the Modules section. The FBO Services line will identify whether or not your license includes the FBO Services Module.

Access

This module may be accessed utilizing multiple methods:

1. From the main menu screen:
1. Left-click the Operations button; the Operations window will appear.
2. Left-click the FBO button; the FBO window will appear.
3. Left-click the Customer Reservations button; the FBO Reservation search window will appear.
2. From the ribbon:
1. Left-click Operations.
2. Left-click the FBO button.
3. Left-click Customer Reservations; the FBO Reservation search window will appear.
3. From the shortcut menu:
1. Left-click Operations.
2. Left-click the FBO.
3. Left-click Customer Reservations; the FBO Reservation search window will appear.

Procedures

1. Setup FBO Admin tables.
2. Setup Default FBO Services
3. Setup Default FBO Services by Aircraft
4. Create an FBO Customer Reservation.
5. Convert the FBO Customer Reservation to Sales Order.
