Employee Training

Enables the creation of a complete curriculum of training courses designed to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.  Features include:

• Certifications, licenses, and skills may be associated with each course
• When courses are completed the employee will earn those credentials
• Training classes may be scheduled, multiple evaluation criteria set up, and the results for each evaluation recorded
• Record the employees’ evaluation of the training classes
• Alerts for recurring training with the available Scheduling Server module
• Track employee attendance and ratings for courses (Advantage Series and above)
