Employee Training

Purpose: To describe the features of the Employee Training module.

Licensing

From the License Details (link pending) window, go to the General section of the Modules section. The Employee Training line will identify whether or not your license includes the Employee Training Module .

Access

This module may be accessed utilizing multiple methods:

1. From the main menu screen:
1. Left-click the Operations button; the Operations window will appear.
2. Left-click the Training button; the Employee Training Management Menu window will appear.
2. From the ribbon:
1. Left-click Operations.
2. Left-click the Employee Training Management button; a menu of available options will appear.
3. From the shortcut menu:
1. Left-click Operations.
2. Left-click Employee Training Management; a menu of available options will appear.

Procedures

1. Manage Courses
2. Manage Training Classes
3. Assign an Employee to Multiple Courses
4. Close Multiple Courses per Course Scheduling
5. Close Multiple Courses per Employee
