Results Grid Definitions

Expand Results column - When there exists a quantity of a part, an icon will appear in this column. Left-click the icon to view a list of all lots published by the vendor [Expanded Results Grid Definitions].

Action column - Allows the user to add a single line item to the RFQ[acronym for 'request for quote'] (n) a document sent to vendors requesting pricing and terms for a specific quanitity of items that your organization needs. or purchase order cart.

1. Left-click the Edit hyperlink associated with the part number that you would like to add to the RFQ or purchase order cart.

2. The Edit hyperlink will be replaced by a Submit hyperlink and a Cancel hyperlink.
   
   

1. Submit hyperlink - Left-click this link to add the quantity identified in the Qty Req column to the cart identified in the RFQ/Buy column.

2. Cancel hyperlink - Left-click this link to prevent adding any items to any cart and exit edit mode.

Partnumber column - Displays the part numbers matching the search criteria.

Description column - Displays the vendor's part number descriptions for part numbers matching the search criteria.

NSN column - Displays the NSN that the vendor has assigned for part numbers matching the search criteria.

Quantity column - Displays the quantity that the vendor has selected to publish for part numbers matching the search criteria.

Unit Price column - Displays the unit price that the vendor has published for part numbers matching the search criteria.

UM column - Displays the unit of measure associated with the part number for part numbers matching the search criteria.

RFQ/Buy column - When the line is edit mode, the user may select the cart to which the part should be added.

1. RFQ - the part will be added to the RFQ cart.

2. Buy - The part will be added to the purchase order cart.

Qty Req column - When the line is in edit mode, the user may enter the quantity to be added to the RFQ or purchase order cart.

Images column - If the vendor has uploaded images of the part, an icon will appear in this column. Left-click the icon to view the images.

Cart column - If the part has been added to a cart, an icon will appear in this column.  Left-click the icon to view the cart.
