License Code

Purpose: This menu option provides access to an administrative table which maintains a list of license codes. License codes identify a particular licenses or certifications issued by completing a particular course within the Employee Training module. An individual license code may represent any license or certification that your organization desires; however, there is currently the ability to associate one (and only one) license code with a particular course. It is best practice within Pentagon 2000 to create a skill (in the Employee Skills table) for each license or certification to enable an automatic record of the license or certification in the employee file upon completion of the course.
